Payment
Shopclosetcandy.com currently accepts Knet and Cash On Delivery (COD) for orders in Kuwait.
Changes & Cancellations
We are happy to accommodate changes to your order before the order has been processed. Changes to your order or cancellations must be in writing to orders@shopclosetcandy.com. The Closet Candy team will reply with a confirmation email letting you know the status of your request.
Delivery
Orders placed before 12pm local time will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following business day. Orders made after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday.
Sizing
As a seasoned shopper you are already aware of the fact that sizing and cuts can vary quite significantly between brands and designers. Use the chart below as a general guide to help you find your right size.

Gift Certificates
Can't figure out what to give? Give the gift of style with a Closet Candy gift certificate! Simply choose the amount for the virtual gift card and the recipient can redeem it online or at our store location. Gift cards are valid for one year.
Sending a gift?
We would be delighted to send any item as a gift. Each item will be wrapped in tissue paper and presented within a gift box at an additional charge of 1KD.
If you would like to include a gift message, simply let us know your message by email and we will hand write it onto a gift card and include it in the gift box.
If you need the package delivered by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order and we would be more than happy to accommodate.
Using the wish list
An account is required to use the Wish List.
Log into your Closet Candy account by visiting the Account Login Page. If you do not have an account yet, creating one is simple. Go to Account Login and follow the steps to set up your account.
Add items to your Wish List.
Browse Closet Candy and find an item you like.
Select your size and color of the item.
Click "Add to Wish List ". The product will automatically be added and stored in your wish list.
Viewing Your Wish List.
To view your Wish List you must have at least one item on your list.

Wish List Management.
Items may be removed from your wish list in two ways: you may remove an item with the 'Remove' link in the manager or if you decide to purchase the item, it will be automatically moved to your shopping bag and onto checkout. |
